Horma Canyon and Ilıca Waterfall are located in the Kure Mountains National Park in the west of the Black Sea Region. The park is within the borders of Kastamonu and Bartın provinces. The district centers around the national park are Azdavay, Pınarbaşı, Ulus, Kurucaşile, Amasra and Cide.
It is 5 km from Pınarbaşı town center. Horma Canyon, which is one of the must-see places of the Western Black Sea with its natural riches, has greatly revived tourism.
Horma Canyon is home to specially planned hiking areas and resting points, the construction of which was completed in 2019.
The Zari Stream passes through the canyon. The stream pouring from Ilıca Waterfall has formed a natural lake. Various rock forms were formed by carving the limestones. It is a unique place for canyon walks and nature photography. Today, there is a 3 km wooden platform suitable for nature, where families can easily walk.
