Born in Edirne in 1949, Kazım GİLAN has been working since 1964.
Kazım Usta continues his business successfully with his clean and meticulousness, honesty, experience and respect for his profession. In 2000, he shared the fineness, tricks and years of experience of his profession with his son İlhan ŞEN.
They continue their activities as the famous Edirne Cigercisi Kazım and İlhan Usta in the 4-storey restaurant located on Balıkpazarı Osmaniye Street in Edirne Center.
In 2016, Kazım Gilan was chosen as the “Ahi of the Year”.
